Darrelle Revis Jets New England For $70 Million

DRJets agreed to terms with CB Darrelle Revis, formerly of the Patriots, on a five-year, $70 million contract with $39 million guaranteed. Revis continues to make bank and is now the highest-paid cornerback in NFL history. After the Patriots failed to pick up Revis’ $20 million team option, word immediately began circulating that Revis was planning a return to New York. After a two-year hiatus with stops in Tampa Bay and New England, Revis and the Jets get back together with the man who ousted him — ex-GM John Idzik — no longer working for the team. Revis will turn 30 this summer, but is still elite. He and Buster Skrine should make up Gang Green’s new corner duo
